Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种不影响材料的力学性能的聚苯乙烯碳酸钙填充改性材料以及其制备方法。聚苯乙烯(PS)是五大通用塑料之一,具有良好的力学性能、电绝缘性能和加工性能,且尺寸稳定性好、易着色,被广泛应用于电器装饰、建筑、交通、军工等各行业之中。而加入无机物碳酸钙后,材料生产工艺简单、成本降低,适宜于生产。本发明所得聚苯乙烯碳酸钙填充改性材料的力学性能得到明显的改善和提高,生产方法简便,材料易得,成本低。
The invention aims at providing a polystyrene and calcium carbonate filling modification material which does not affect the mechanical properties of materials and a preparation method of the polystyrene and calcium carbonate filling modification material. Polystyrene (PS) is one of five commonly used plastics, has excellent mechanical properties, electric insulation property and processing property, is good in size stability and easy to dye, and is widely applied to various industries of electric appliance decoration, buildings, transportation, military industry and the like. After the inorganic calcium carbonate is added, the production process of the material is simple, lowered in cost, and applicable to production. According to the polystyrene and calcium carbonate filling modification material, the mechanical properties are remarkably improved, the production method is simple and convenient, the materials are easy to get, and the cost is low.
