压力注射凝胶成型环氧浇注母线槽的加工工艺方法

Abstract

一种能够克服浇注母线槽在运行过程中存在潜在安全隐患的“压力注射凝胶成型环氧浇注母线槽的加工工艺方法”。它是将钢制浇注模具预加热到1400C~1600C,然后将母排放入到钢制浇注模具中。将按工艺要求配比好的配料放在真空搅拌机中,边抽真空边充分搅拌混合挤出环氧中的气泡后,用压力注射到已经预加热好的钢制浇注模具中(内已经放置处理过的母排)凝胶成型。用“压力注射凝胶成型环氧浇注母线槽的加工工艺方法”制成的浇注母线槽,固化后的环氧韧性和强度较常温环氧浇注大大提高,热稳定性也好,不会在冷热极端变化的环境中发生开裂,大大提高了环氧浇注母线槽在运行中的安全系数。
A processing technology method for pressure injection gel-formed epoxy resin cast bus duct is disclosed and is capable of overcoming potential safety hazard during operation of the bus duct. The processing technology method comprises: pre-heating a steel cast mold to 1400 DEG C-1600 DEG C, then putting a mother board into the steel cast mold; putting ingredients proportioned according to a technological requirements into a vacuum stirrer, vacuumizing while fully stirring to mix the ingredients and squeezing out bubbles in epoxy resin; and injecting the mixture with pressure into the preheated steel cast model (in which the processed mother board is placed) for gel forming. The cast bus duct prepared by employing 'the processing technology method for a pressure injection gel-formed epoxy resin cast bus duct' is substantially improved in epoxy resin toughness and strength after solidification compared with normal-temperature epoxy resin cast, and also is good in thermal stability; and no crack happens in environment with extreme hot-cold change, and the safety coefficient of the epoxy resin cast bus duct during operation is substantially improved.
