Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗电磁干扰的网线,包括四对双绞线及外皮层,所述每一对双绞线外设置有电磁屏蔽层,所述电磁屏蔽层为铝箔层,所述外皮层为三元乙丙橡胶层,外皮层内设置有尼龙线,外皮层上套设有磁环。本发明通过在每一对双绞线外设置有电磁屏蔽层,外皮层上套设有磁环可以显著提高网线的抗电磁干扰能力,外皮层为三元乙丙橡胶层,其具有优越的耐氧化、抗臭氧和抗侵蚀的能力,外皮层内设置有尼龙线,可以提高网线的抗拉能力。
The invention discloses a cable resistant to electromagnetic interference. The cable comprises four twisted pairs and a sheath layer. Each twisted pair is externally provided with an electromagnetic shielding layer which is an aluminum foil layer, the sheath layer is an ethylene propylene diene monomer layer, nylon wires are arranged in the sheath layer, and magnetic rings are sleeved on the sheath layer. The electromagnetic shielding layer is arranged on each twisted pair, and the magnetic rings are sleeved on the sheath layer, so that electromagnetic interference resistance of the cable can be enhanced remarkably; the sheath layer is the ethylene propylene diene monomer layer which has excellent oxidation resistance, ozone resistance and erosion resistance, and the nylon wires are arranged in the sheath layer, so that tension resistance of the cable can be improved.
