Abstract

本发明公开一种采用氧化石墨烯制备高强度玻璃的方法。通过层压法,外两层承力层和安全防护层使用氧化石墨烯接枝改性甲基丙烯酸单体后与甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合制备的有机玻璃,中间夹层过渡层采用氧化石墨烯、双酚A和氧氯化碳通过光气直接法合成氧化石墨烯改性聚碳酸酯,上述制得的外两层有机玻璃和中间夹层过渡层片材通过现有技术层压法工艺制得高强度玻璃。本发明的制备方法操作容易,制造成本低,设备简单,且所制得的高强度玻璃具有较好的抗冲击强度、透明度和抗老化性。
The invention discloses a method for preparing high-strength glass by adopting graphene oxide. Two outer layers of a bearing layer and a safety protecting layer use the graphene oxide grafting to modify methacrylic acid monomers through a laminating method, then are polymerized with methyl methacrylate to prepare organic glass; a middle interlayer of a transition layer adopts the graphene oxide, bisphenol A and carbon oxychloride to synthesize graphene oxide-modified polycarbonate through the phosgene direct method; the prepared two outer layers of organic glass and the middle interlayer of the transition layer sheets are prepared to the high-strength glass through the laminating method in the prior art. The preparation method has the advantages of easy operation, low manufacturing cost and simple equipment; the prepared high-strength glass has better impact strength, transparency and ageing resistance.
