Abstract

Provided is an aluminum wheel hub mould heating tool convenient and rapid to use. The aluminum wheel hub mould heating tool convenient and rapid to use is composed of a mould baking worktable, mould baking supporting pillars, a mould baking small supporting frame, a mould baking cross, a natural gas pipeline and a compressed air pipeline, wherein heat dissipation holes with the diameter being 30 mm are evenly distributed in the mould baking worktable, a bearing communicated with the compressed air pipeline and the natural gas pipeline is distributed in the middle of the mould baking worktable, the inner diameter of the bearing is matched with the inner diameter of the mould baking cross and the mould baking small supporting frame, and a lateral fire outlet and a lower air outlet are distributed in one end of the mould baking cross. In the mould baking process, a mould pouring gate is aligned at the bearing, the mould baking small supporting frame and the mould baking cross are assembled and are put into the bearing, natural gas and compressed air are transmitted to the mould baking cross and the mould baking small supporting frame through the bearing, the lateral fire outlet pushes the mould baking small supporting frame and the mould baking cross to rotate through the power of the natural gas and the compressed air, and therefore a mould is evenly heated in the entire mould baking process. 一种便捷型铝轮毂模具加热工具,该工具由烤模工作台、烤模支柱、烤模小支架、烤模十字架、天然气管道、压缩空气管道组成。烤模工作台上均匀分布着直径30毫米的散热孔,中间分布着与压缩空气管道和天然气管道相通的轴承,轴承的内径尺寸和烤模十字架、烤模小支架的内径吻合。在烤模十字架的一端分布着侧向出火口和下出风口。烤模时将模具浇口对准轴承放好,将烤模小支架和烤模十字架组装后放入轴承内,天然气和压缩空气通过轴承传递到烤模十字架和烤模小支架,通过天然气及压缩空气的力量由侧向出火口推动烤模小支架、烤模十字架的旋转,从而使模具在整个烤模过程中均匀受热。该工具具有受热均匀、成本低的特点。
