Abstract

The present invention provides an environmental protection phenol formaldehyde resin and a production method thereof, wherein the components comprise phenol, paraformaldehyde, hexamethylenetetramine and n-butanol. The preparation method comprises: sequentially pouring phenol and hexamethylenetetramine, adjusting the pH value to 8-10, then pouring paraformaldehyde, and stirring for 0.5-1 h at a room temperature at a stirring speed of 300+/-100 rotation/min; carrying out a temperature increase reaction, and controlling the reaction temperature at 96-98 DEG C to carry out the reaction for 1 h, wherein the maximum reaction temperature does not exceed 96-98 DEG C; and instantly pouring n-butanol to complete the reaction, and carrying out stirring cooling to achieve a room temperature. According to the present invention, the alcohol-water pollutant is not generated during the preparation process, the content of the phenol formaldehyde resin prepared by using the method is within the standard range, the production process has characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection, and the production cost is low.
本发明提供一种环保酚醛树脂及其制造方法,其配料包括苯酚、多聚甲醛、六次甲基四胺、正丁醇;制备方法为:先投入苯酚再投入六次甲基四胺,调pH值8-10,然后投入多聚甲醛,室温搅拌0.5-1小时,搅拌速度300±100转/分钟;升温反应,最高反应温度不超过98℃,控制反应温度在96-98℃反应1小时;立即投入正丁醇结束反应,搅拌降温至室温。本发明的有益效果是:在制备工艺中不产生醇水污染物,该方法制得的酚醛树脂含量在标准范围内,且生产过程节能环保、生产成本低。
